Lovely....the straps look so delicate. Will they support the weight of the dress?

Dear P,
Because of the i-cord base they are very strong. They support the rest of the dress beautifully.

This is just gorgeous. I'm so in love with it that I have to make something like this for me.
The question about a pattern begs repeating, maybe you should sell it.

I've been a fan of the site for some time, but for whatever reason never came across this treasure till now. I'm still a new knitter, only 3 years under my belt, and can only read patterns at this point. It's rough, because I'm a designer by profession! (graphic design) I'm just itching to learn enough to be able to create my own knitted treasures. In the meantime, however, I have fallen in love with this nightdress. I'm newly married, and I would love to go to sleep in such a pretty little thing. How girly. :) Everything you seem to have done is perfect. Please, how can I get this pattern?

Agreed! This is just gorgeous and I would love, love, love it if the pattern were available. Such a beautiful trim on the sleeves!

I agree with all of the other comments: This is absolutely gorgeous!!! How sweet to rest in something so beautiful and delicate. You have made an amazing design that I too would love to make for myself. The sleeves are soooo beautiful!!!

This is a beautiful pattern. You are an extremely talented knitter/designer. I would love to have the pattern. I have just stumbled across this sight. Since this was posted almost 3 years ago, I guess the odds of you posting the pattern, or putting it up for sale is slim. That makes me sad. I would love to make this for my daughter and nieces.
