Cashmere Cowl No. 2 - Lace Rib, Binding Off

Once your cowl is long enough, be sure to bind off loosely in the k4, p2 pattern after you complete Round 4.  This will ensure that the finished edge of your cowl is soft and stretchy enough to fit over someone's head.

Weave in ends on the wrong side.

For further help with any of the techniques used in this pattern, I highly recommend checking out the helpful videos at www.knittinghelp.com.

Enjoy! -- Joelle

Just a note of thanks for Cowl #2. Yesterday I was searching for the perfect one, and this is it.
Again,
Thanks

I am not sure about how to join stitches in the round. Do you first knit all the cast on stitches or do you do the Round 1 pattern?

Hi Joy,
Join your stitches on round 1.
Here is a link that will take you to some very helpful videos for knitting in the round:

Nice Cowl! I'm not a Cashmere fan but I do love Alpaca so I'm doing mine in that! Using a Blue-Purple-Cream-Pink-Red yarn. It'll be lovely!
Thank you for sharing!
