French Knot

french.knot.1.jpg

Bring the needle to the front of the fabric and wrap the thread around the needle three or four times.  Bring the needle down through the fabric next to where it came out, holding the thread tight in your fingers.  Pull the needle through the knot to the back of the fabric.

This is exactly what I have been looking for. I want to learn these stitches so badly. If you have anymore tips, let me know. Thanks

Love these pillows. They will look fabulous in my daughter's home. However, I just want to comment that a french knot has ONE wrap around the needle. If you make more than one wrap, it is technically a bullion knot.
