I'm so excited to have discovered this journal! I plan to begin hand piecing blocks in the second week of what I'm thinking of as "Janeuary". Thanks, Emily!

Do a journal as you go. I made a block to represent something that happened in the news, when a famous person died, the day my son left for Korea, a wedding date, a grandchild born, etc.

This is a very ambitious quilt for a first project. I believe it is well worth the effort but don't get discouraged. I have been receiving the patterns and estimate it will take a full year to complete. I was wondering how Emily was doing this far??? This is a fabulous website thanks for all the inspiration!

This is the first time I've seen a Dear Jane quilt made in contemporary fabrics. It's looking great so far.

What happened to the Dear Jane Quilt?? I hope Emily didn't quit!! It is a gorgeous quilt but it really has a lot of pieces. Where is Emily? Where is the quilt? I was hoping I would get to see it finished!! Come back Emily...PLEASE :0) Bring back Jane.
