Whit's Knits: Pretty Lace Hand Warmers

PLHdone2.jpg

These hand warmers are a breeze to make, quick and easy, although the pleasure of knitting them may make you wish they would never end. Using the Sheep Number Three is like knitting a cloud. It feels bottomless and so cuddly. An unusual and wonderful experience!

One skein will go on and on, so spread the love and make a bunch! Enjoy! --Whitney

Hi Maggie,
"ssk" means, "slip, slip, knit" its a left slanting decrease. You can find complete instructions here:

The right hand cuff keeps splitting on the side of the wrist instead of the miiddle. I always finish seven stitches before the end fo the round (that is, knitting three stitches on the last needle) and it keeps coming off. Is there a way to correct this?
Thanks
