one 1/2 yard Liberty of London Tana Lawn fabric

thread

patchwork pins 

3/4 cup of dried mung beans, lentils, or buckwheat

two beads for the eyes

Thank you all for this wonderful project! We have had so many frogs and toads around here, and I promised my three-year-old I would make him a frog. Thanks for making it so easy for me! I'll try to remember to post my froggies when they're done.

i filled my froggy with rice so that he could be microwaved (sorry mr. toad!) and used as a heat pad. so cute. the next batch will have one side in minky dot fleece fabric for extra yumminess. thank you for this great design!

I get those frog over 20 years ago in the Kindergarden as a birthday present. He's lost one eye but he's still so sweet that he has never give up the place in my bedroom.
And now ich found your page und it makes me so happy...it was like a return to my childhood. And now I'll make some nice Frogs for my friend. I think everybody schould have such a lovely frog.
