Simple + Quick Halloween Cocktail Napkins

Halloween is such a wonderful and weird celebration. I recently had a pre-Halloween party with all the trimmings; tons of Jack-O-Lanterns, roasted pumpkin seeds, mystery punch, and some very cute handmade cocktail napkins. They are quick to make and add a special touch to the drink table.
