Colorful Crafting with Jen: Mac + Me Firm Fitting Fingerless Gloves

 

Every holiday season, my mom and step-dad, Mac,  go caroling with a group of people in Seattle.  While it warms the neighborhood's heart, Mac's hands get cold because he has to play his guitar!  Since I can't join in the caroling here from California, I thought I would contribute by making Mac some fingerless gloves.  This pattern from Mac + Me, Firm Fitting Fingerless Gloves, knits up quickly - I finished them in one day and will send them off tomorrow so he can practice playing his guitar with the gloves on!  If you'd like to make a pair of these for someone special, you can find the pattern, yarn and needles you'll need by clicking the links below. --Jen

Materials

• Mac and Me Fingerless Gloves Pattern
• US Size 3 Double Pointed Needles
• Blue Sky Alpaca Sport 100% Alpaca, 2 skeins of each color.  I used Scarlett and Avocado.
