Happy Valentines' Day!

We're cozying up to some beautiful lace patterns here at Purl on this snowy Valentines' Day.  Whitney's gorgeous circle of lace inspired us to pick up our needles and some lacey yarn and try something new.

If you've never tried knitting lace, we highly recommend a winter day, a skein of 2-ply cashmere (like the one seen above) and one of these helpful books.  Just add some good music, mix it all together, and enjoy!
