Crochet Kits from Japan

makemake_bag.jpg

Our new crochet kits from Japan are as fun to make as they are cute, and boy are they cute!

Each kit includes everything you need to complete the project.  You can choose from a tiny house, a smiling mouse, or a budding bouquet of flowers. This cozy little crocheted hut, which stands about 8 inches tall, is actually a zippered purse that dangles on your wrist.

That is incredibly adorable!
What level of crochet experience is needed for this?

Dear Ellen,
The project is relatively simple. To make it you should know how to work single crochet, how to increase stitches, and how to read a crochet diagram. If you'd like to make the kit, but don't yet have these skills "Kids Crochet" by Kelli Ronci is a great book, you can find it here:

I purchased the little house kit. I thought the instrucitons would also be in English. Is there a way to get a translation? Thanks.
