Our Hand-Dyed Felted Wool Bundles are Back in Stock!

wool-stack.jpg
These rainbow brights flew off the shelves when we first wrote about them in June, but now they are back!  Wool felt can be great for all kinds of projects, but this particular fuzzy fabric is extra special.  Mary Flanagan's Hand-Dyed Felted Wool is produced in small batches, creating dazzling and unique results.  The fabric is dense with soft wool fibers and saturated with pigment. Each beautiful bundle includes six distinct colors in 4" x 16" rectangles.

These delightful fabrics make wonderful applique and embroidery material, not to mention just using them on their own in a blanket, garment, or gift.  The rich texture of the wool is a treat to work with, especially since you don't need to worry about unravelling edges.  The felting process provides a perfectly simple finished edge that can be embellished with pinking shears, as we did in our Felted Wool Pincushion.
