The Purl Bee Needs Your Help!

Your feedback helps us make The Purl Bee the best and most beautiful it can be, and it is always welcomed. One of the most frequent requests we get from our readers through Ask Purl Bee is for a more efficient way to print our patterns at home. We're working on a solution to this problem, and we want to be sure in fixing it that we use our resources the best way we can.

Here's where you come in! We've created a short survey that will help us to know you better. We want to know what features are most important to you, and what you want, because The Purl Bee is for you!

Please take our quick survey by clicking this link.

Thanks for helping us build a better Bee!

I forgot to add the comment in the survey I just filled out that I really loved seeing the Japanese sewing tutorials when you first put them up. I'm a huge fan of Japanese sewing books and have made a number of patterns from some of my books without them being translated. Having some more of these patterns translated, though, would be fantastic and certainly much faster to make up. And talk about an interesting aesthetic...!

I absolutely love the Purl Bee, so this is wonderful that you are taking the time to improve it even more. It has been a very helpful resource for me over the years, but I seem to be coming to it more and more lately. I did the survey but wanted to mention that I especially love the writing styles, the sewing projects, and the product sharing.

The Purl Bee is my very favorite newsletter. Your format is straightforward and uncluttered - a pleasure to scroll in anticipation of the next "gem" to appear. I would hate to see it cluttered with advertising, as most newsletter are, but I am convinced you could include them in an unobtrusive, subtle manner, so as not to spoil your beautiful presentation, if that becomes necessary. I really appreciate not having to hunt for links to patterns, tutorials, and other helpful information. You make it so easy to find just what I need just by scrolling the list you so graciously provide in every letter. I look forward to your letter as one coming from a dear friend. Thank you.

Just did the survey. I love your site/blog and all the projects. I usually cut and paste when I print the patterns. I like having the option of looking at all of the photos and then minimizing the photos I want to keep in the patt to save space and/or deleting those I don't need (knowing I can always go back to look at them again if necessary). I just wish I had jumped on the train and visited the store(s) when I lived in NY a few years ago! Thanks for being a fun and valuable resource for crafty nerds like me!!
